Users must protect any account credentials, consultation links, payment references or documents made available to them and should promptly report suspected misuse.

Restriction: Pure Vedic Life may restrict or suspend website access where misuse, security risks, fraudulent conduct, unlawful activity or material violation of these Terms is reasonably suspected.
Section 03

Ayurvedic Products and Consultations

Pure Vedic Life provides information about Ayurveda, wellness, consultations, treatment-support services and Ayurvedic or herbal products. Product descriptions, ingredients, prices, suggested usage and availability are presented in good faith and may be updated when required.

Consultation Confirmation

Submitting an enquiry does not by itself confirm a consultation or create a practitioner-patient relationship. A consultation may be treated as confirmed when:

  1. A date and time are confirmed by Pure Vedic Life
  2. Required patient details are submitted
  3. Any applicable consultation fee is received
  4. The user receives a written, telephone or WhatsApp confirmation
  5. A practitioner accepts the consultation request

Information Required from Users

  • Accurate symptoms, health history and current medication details
  • Known allergies, pregnancy status or other relevant conditions
  • Correct contact and delivery information
  • Requested reports, prescriptions or diagnostic documents
  • Timely responses and attendance for scheduled consultations

Individual Results

Ayurvedic guidance and product suitability may vary according to constitution, condition, lifestyle, age, adherence and other individual factors. No specific health outcome or recovery timeline is guaranteed.

Medical Responsibility: Users should not discontinue prescribed medication, delay emergency care or make significant treatment changes solely on the basis of general website content. A qualified medical professional should be consulted where appropriate.
Section 04

Orders, Pricing and Payment Terms

Product prices, consultation charges, taxes, delivery fees and other payable amounts will be displayed or communicated before payment wherever reasonably possible. Prices are generally stated in Indian Rupees (INR) and may change without prior notice.

Order Responsibilities

  • Providing accurate billing, contact and delivery information
  • Reviewing product details, quantities and applicable charges
  • Using a lawful and authorised payment method
  • Paying applicable taxes and delivery charges
  • Following product usage, storage and safety instructions
Order Acceptance: An automated acknowledgement or payment confirmation does not always constitute final acceptance. Pure Vedic Life may cancel or modify an order because of product unavailability, pricing errors, payment failure, suspected fraud, legal restrictions or other reasonable operational issues.

Payment Processing

Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways using cards, net banking, UPI or other available methods. By submitting payment details, the user authorises the applicable amount to be processed by the selected payment provider.

Pricing Errors and Taxes

Pure Vedic Life may correct an inadvertent pricing, tax or product-information error before dispatch or service delivery. Where a correction materially changes the amount payable, the customer may be offered the choice to pay the corrected amount or cancel the affected order.

Payment Failure or Chargeback

Orders or consultations may be placed on hold where payment is incomplete, reversed, disputed or suspected to be unauthorised. Customers should contact Pure Vedic Life before initiating a chargeback so that payment or order issues can first be reviewed.

Section 05

Shipping, Delivery, Cancellations and Returns

Shipping availability, estimated dispatch times, delivery charges and serviceable locations may vary according to the product, destination, courier capacity and operational conditions. Delivery estimates are indicative and are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing.

Delivery: Pure Vedic Life is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, customer unavailability, courier disruptions, weather, strikes, natural events, regulatory restrictions or circumstances outside reasonable control.

Order Cancellation

A customer may request cancellation before an order has been processed or dispatched. Once an order has entered processing, has been customised, prescribed, packed or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

  • Report the issue promptly after delivery and within the period stated in the applicable refund or return policy
  • Provide the order number, product details and clear photographic or video evidence
  • Keep the original product, packaging, labels and invoice
  • Do not use, alter or dispose of the product while the claim is being reviewed
  • Follow the return or verification instructions provided by the support team

Return Eligibility

Because Ayurvedic, herbal and wellness products may be sensitive, ingestible, hygiene-related or personalised, change-of-mind returns may not be accepted. Eligible returns are generally limited to verified damaged, defective, expired, materially different or incorrectly supplied products, subject to applicable law and the published Refund Policy.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will normally be processed to the original payment method after verification and, where required, receipt of the returned product. Bank or payment-provider processing times may apply.

Separate Policies: The published Shipping Policy and Refund Policy form part of these Terms and should be read before placing an order.
Section 06

Unless otherwise stated, the website's text, treatment information, articles, designs, graphics, branding, logos, icons, videos, photographs, calculators, software, code and original materials belong to or are licensed to Pure Vedic Life.

Section 07

Third-Party Services, Privacy and Website Availability

Pure Vedic Life may use third-party services such as payment gateways, courier companies, hosting providers, analytics tools, communication platforms, video-consultation tools, maps and social media services.

Pure Vedic Life does not control third-party outages, security incidents, payment delays, courier performance, external website content, platform policy changes or service interruptions.

External Links: Links to external websites are provided for convenience. Their inclusion does not necessarily constitute endorsement, and users access third-party websites subject to the third party's own terms and privacy practices.

Privacy and Personal Information

Personal information submitted through the website, consultation forms, payment channels or communication tools will be handled in accordance with the applicable Privacy Policy and legal requirements. Users should review the Privacy Policy for information about collection, use, retention and protection of personal data.

Health Information

Health-related information should be shared only through authorised channels and only to the extent reasonably necessary for consultation or support. Users should avoid sending highly sensitive information through unsecured public comments or unauthorised accounts.

Website Availability

Pure Vedic Life may update, maintain, suspend or modify website features, content, products or services when reasonably required. Continuous, uninterrupted or error-free availability cannot be guaranteed.

Security

Reasonable safeguards may be used to protect information and transactions; however, no internet transmission, platform or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Section 08

Medical Disclaimer, Liability and Termination

Ayurvedic and Medical Disclaimer

Website content, wellness calculators, articles, videos, product descriptions and general guidance are for informational and educational purposes. They do not replace examination, diagnosis, emergency treatment or personalised advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

Ayurvedic practices and products may affect individuals differently. Users should disclose existing conditions, allergies, pregnancy, current medicines and relevant medical history to an appropriate practitioner before using a product or following treatment-related guidance.

Emergency Care: The website and its communication channels are not emergency services. For a medical emergency, users should contact local emergency services or attend an appropriate hospital without delay.

No Guaranteed Outcome

Pure Vedic Life does not guarantee a specific cure, recovery period, diagnosis, result or suitability for every user. Outcomes may depend on individual health, constitution, adherence, lifestyle, product use and other factors.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pure Vedic Life should not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from website use, third-party services, delivery disruption, misuse of products, inaccurate information supplied by a user or reliance on general information without appropriate professional advice.

Legal Rights: Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

User Responsibility

  • Reading labels, ingredients, dosage and storage instructions
  • Checking suitability with a qualified professional where needed
  • Providing accurate health and contact information
  • Using products only for their intended purpose
  • Keeping products away from children where appropriate
  • Seeking prompt medical assistance for adverse reactions or emergencies

Indemnity

Where legally permitted, a user may be responsible for claims or losses arising from unlawful use, false information, infringement, unauthorised resale, misuse of products or material violation of these Terms.

Suspension or Termination

Pure Vedic Life may suspend or terminate website access, consultation support or an order where payment remains incomplete, fraudulent or abusive activity is suspected, unlawful conduct is requested, safety concerns arise or these Terms are materially violated.

Section 09

General Legal Terms

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer rights and mandatory law, disputes connected with these Terms, the website, products or services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts applicable to Pure Vedic Life's place of business in Haridwar, Uttarakhand.

Before beginning formal legal proceedings, the parties should first attempt to resolve a dispute through good-faith written communication using the contact details below.

Severability

If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent legally possible.

Users may not transfer contractual rights or obligations without written approval where required. Pure Vedic Life may transfer its rights as part of a lawful restructuring, merger, business transfer or succession, subject to applicable law.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, order confirmation, invoice, consultation confirmation and any other applicable written terms, form the agreement relating to the relevant use, order or service.
